When Ryder Rodriguez encountered a teammate who was not able to afford to play hockey any longer, he took it upon himself to make sure that didn’t happen. What he developed was the Ryder Rodriguez Hat Trick Project, aimed squarely at providing local kids the funds they need to continue playing the game they love.
